On a pleasant late autumn Sunday afternoon the u15 Tomcats made their way down the A12 to visit Barking & Dagenham Wolf Pack who were hosting their first game of the 2009/2010 season.

Our second game of the season against Essex Pirates was the type of game you look forward to at the beginning of the season.  Having not had much of a test last weekend against The Fury, this was a welcomed challenge which the team readily embraced.

Our participation in this year’s Sure Shot Cup is over after we were convincingly beaten by Oxford Brookes Eagles 90-74.   The Eagles are in their second season at Under 18s and the difference in size and experience was evident throughout this game.

Just in from Lillishall - u14 Tomcats players Robinson Maka and Laurence Watsham have been selected for the England u15 Team.   Also at the weekend the u14 East of England girls team was selected and the squad will feature Bobcats player Rikki Lee Bellingham.
