Thrilling game kept the supporters on the edge of their seats.   In the dim school gym with no snap back rings and grubby back boards you begin to appreciate the quality of the facilities we strive to provide.

The long wait for their first National League game saw Ipswich Bobcats u14s travel to Norfolk Iceni on Sunday afternoon.   Captain Chloe Spall took to the court with Alice Leather, Rikki-Lee Bellingham, Bethany Catchpole and Lauren Housego.  Ipswich won the tip and Spall charged down the court to record the first points of the game, quickly followed by Housego to open a 4 point lead. 

The Under 16:2 Bobcats entertained Hounslow Hawks on Saturday, unsure what to expect from a team who had not played National League before.   In the event they turned out to be a lively athletic set of girls; very enthusiastic but with still a little way to go in regards to discipline. So there were fouls, shots and turnovers aplenty in a game that went from end to end at breakneck pace.

The Bobcats u16:1 team welcomed Chiltern Pumas to Holywells on Sunday for their first home game of the season. Unfortunately it was to be a very one sided game and after 5 minutes of full court man to man Coach James knew she needed to take of the press with the score at 19-0.
